1. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $125 are paid in full, by cash or check, in advance of scheduling the appointment.*This does not apply to sedation appointments.

3. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to 2 years are available based on credit approval.
